摘    要:
目的:考查两种市售右旋糖酐铁注射液(A和B)铁吸收度,并对测定结果进行比较和评价。方法:主要参照中国药典和英国药典描述,选用家兔右后腿进行股内肌注射,并采用紫外可见分光光度法测定注射部位铁的含量,分别计算出两种注射液的铁吸收度。结果:注射液A铁吸收程度明显优于注射液B,而且对注射部位的染色能力及在组织中的扩散均小于注射液B。结论:两种注射液的铁吸收度存在明显差别,提示两者在临床疗效上将可能存在差异。

Abstract:
Medium access control(MAC)protocol is one of the most important factors which affect MANET''s performance.Characteristics of power control MAC combined multiple channel in MANET are described and analyzed in formalization language.The NS-2 simulations revealed that introducing proper multi-channel technique into MANET can effectively decrease packets collision among nodes which transmit radio with different power,and prolong the life time of nodes and network in comparison with AODV that has no power control.
