| 摘 要： | 目的观察参芪丹鸡黄精汤治疗窦性心动过缓的临床疗效。方法对120例患者给予参芪丹鸡黄精汤进行治疗,30d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后比较其治疗前后心电图及临床症状的变化,评价疗效。结果经治疗心电图结果显示总有效率达87.50%,中医证候计分疗效结果显示总有效率达到92.50%。结论参芪丹鸡黄精汤治疗窦性心动过缓的临床疗效显著,切准病机,是临床上治疗本病的一种较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqidanjihuangjing Decoction on sinus bradycardia.Methods: 120 cases were used the Sheqidanjihuangjing Decoction for 3 treatment periods that was 30 days for 1 treatment period.And then,the ECG and the clinical symptoms of these patients were observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate was 87.50% in the ECG and that was 92.50% in the TCM syndrome score.Conclusion: It is effective of the Shenqidanjihuangjing Decoction on sinus bradycardia. |
