摘    要:儿童行为发育受遗传因素与外界环境因素共同影响。生命早期环境可通过大脑和神经内分泌功能影响个体行为发育。下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴被认为是环境因素影响个体行为发育的一个重要环节。褪黑素是松果腺分泌的一种神经内分泌激素,参与应激反应,并可通过抑制HPA轴的过度激活来调节HPA轴功能,从而对脑的发育发挥保护作用。

Abstract:Behavioral development of children are affected by both genetic factors and environmental factors.Exposure to stress early in life has effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis and the brain.HPA axis performances an important part in environmental factors affecting individual behavior development.Melatonin is a neuroendocrine hormone secreted by pineal gland involved in stress response,and may inhibit the HPA axis hyperactivity acting as a protective factor on the brain development.
