| 摘 要： | 介绍施志明教授用虫类药治疗肺癌经验.施志明教授治疗肺癌在扶正气的基础上,强调对局部标实的治疗.施教授认为虫类药的特性是行走攻窜,善于解毒散结、破血祛瘀,用于治疗邪毒内聚、气滞血瘀、阻结为有形之块的肿瘤,可收到较好的疗效.列举了常用的虫类药物,并介绍了应用虫类药物的注意事项.

| Abstract: | Prof.SHI's experience on the treatment of pul-monary carcinoma by insect drugs is introduced. Based on suppor-ring healthy qi, he put stress on the treatment of local excess in thesecodary aspect. He considered that the insect drugs are wanderingin character and good for removing toxic substance, dispering hardmasses and removing blood - stasis, and is effective for the treat-ment of tangible tumor with accumulation of toxic substance in theinterior and stagnation of qi and blood. The common insect drugswere listed and the main points of their application were presented. |
