| 摘 要： | 侵袭性真菌病的发病率和病死率逐年上升,新型抗真菌药物的研究和开发也越来越受到重视,尤其是三唑类抗真菌药物。本文综述国内外近期关于第二代三唑类抗真菌药物的研究进展,以期为未来临床真菌病的治疗及新药研发提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Recent years, the morbidity and mortality of invasive fungal disease are increased year by year. The research and development of new antifungal drugs has been paid more and more attention, especially in the area of triazole antifungal drugs. This review describes the recent research progress on the second generation of triazole antifungal drugs to provide new ideas for clinical management and future new drug development. |
