| Abstract: | ??The juvenile idiopathic inflammatory myopathies??JIIM?? are systemic autoimmune diseases characterized by skeletal muscle weakness and characteristic rashes. Of which??juvenile dermatomyositis??JDM????juvenile polymyositis??JPM?? and juvenile myositis overlapping with another autoimmune or mixed connective tissue disease??JCTM?? is common clinical subgroups.To date??there is no detailed information for the aetiology of JIIM. However??the association with immune system is currently considered. Moreover??detecting the myositis-associated antibodies and myositis specific antibodies is of great help for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of JIIM. |
