| 摘 要： | 我们对微波炕内的免疫组化标记,与常温下的常规免疫组化标记进行观察比较。结果：利用微波进行免疫组织化学染色方法,缩短了标记染色时间,微波处理标记在阳性强度上有显著判别,而阳性分布与染色背景无明显差异。结论：利用微波技术不仅缩短了免疫标记的时间,而且可提高免疫标记的质量。

| Abstract: | In this study,we compared the immunohistochemical staining method by using microwave technique with the normal immunohistrchcmical staining tcchnique.the results showed that the staining time of traditional ABC immunohistochemical staining method could be shorted too much.The staining effects were promoted obviously,compared with that of the tradilional staining method,but the positive distribution and background of staining were showed differences.Suggesting that the present method can be applied in the field of pathologic tcchnique. |
