运用生长抑素非手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎

目的探讨生长抑素施他宁和生长激素在重症急性腺炎非手术治疗中的作用及效果。方法回顾性总结４８例重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗情况。结果运用施他宁和生长激素治疗２１例ＳＡＰ患者，２例中转手术，１例死亡。２７例ＳＡＰ患者经常规治疗后，９例中转手术，５例死亡。结论运用生长抑素他宁和生长激素联合治疗ＳＡＰ，能减少并发症，降低病死率，缩短住院天数。

NON-OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATITIS BY STILAMIN

Objective To evalute effects of somatostatin and growth hormone in severe acute pancreatitis.Methods The treatment models of 48 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were summarized reprospectively.Results Treated 21 patients who had cought severe acute pancreatitis by combined somatostatin and growth hormone.Of these patients,only 1 died and 2 were performed operation.Other 27 patients with severe acute pancreatitis have not used somatostatin and growth hormone.Of these patients,9 were performed operation and 5 died.Conclusions.The period of hospital stay were significantly shorter in combined therapy group patients than control group.It also demonstratrs combined therapy can inhibit the inflammatory mediators over expression hypoalbuminemia.It suggests that the comebind somatostatin and growth hormone therapy may be a new way for treating the patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
