血液灌流抢救有机磷农药中毒26例临床观察

目的：探讨血液灌流抢救有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法：选择院2008年1月～2010年1月收治52例有机磷农药中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,所有患者均给予常规抢救治疗,其中观察组26例在上述抢救基础上应用血液灌流,观察比较两组患者的抢救治疗效果。结果：与对照组比较,观察的治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。且观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。与对照组比较,观察组26例患者昏迷至清醒快,胆碱酯酶复活时间短,患者平均住院时间也短于对照组,经t检验分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规抢救治疗的基础上联合血液灌流抢救有机磷农药中毒可以取得较好的有效率,并发症少,住院时间短,值得广泛推广和应用。

The hemoperfusion organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and 26 cases of clinical observation

Objective： To investigate the hemoperfusion efficacy of the organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Method： Select the homes from January 2008 to January 2010 were 52 eases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients as research subjects were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group 26 cases, all patients were given conventional salvage therapy, including 26 cases of observation group application of blood perfusion to observe the rescue treatment of the two groups were compared on the basis of the above-mentioned rescue. Results： Compared with control group, the observed cure rate and the total efficiency was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. And the observation group of complications was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）.Coma in 26 patients compared with the control group, the observation group to seber fast cholinesterase resurrec- tion time, with an average length of stay is shorter than the control group by t test analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： on the basis of conventional salvage therapy the hemoperfusion organaphosphorus pesticide poisoning can achieve better efficiency, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, worthy of extensive promotion and application .
