| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹透患者中医证型与运动功能之间的关系。方法：采取横断面研究,参考中华中医药学会肾病分会2006年《慢性肾衰竭的诊断、辨证分析及疗效评定》标准制定＂维持性腹膜透析患者中医证型分布临床症状调查表＂,对110例慢性腹膜透析患者进行中医辨证分型,并检测患者握力、坐位体前屈、反应时3个运动功能指标,通过方差分析进行比较。结果：本虚证中,阴阳两虚各运动功能指标均差于其他组（P〈0.05）;肝肾阴虚证组坐位体前屈得分差于脾肾气虚、脾肾阳虚、气阴两虚证组（P〈0.05）;脾肾阳虚证握力得分差于气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚组（P〈0.05）。标实证中,血瘀证反应时差于其他组（P〈0.05）。结论：患者运动功能在中医本虚证与标实证当中差异有统计学意义,可以作为腹透患者改善运动功能中医辨证治疗的参考。 |
