| 摘 要： | 采秀25d雌性幼鼠皮下注射孕与血清促性腺激素（PMSG)15u制作颗粒细胞凋亡模型，通过原位末端标记法观察地贞颗粒和己烯雌酚（DES）对该调亡模型的影响。结果显示也贞颗粒给药后第3d和第5d时间点比模型组卵巢内凋亡的卵泡减少，而DES则几乎完全抑制颗粒凋亡的发生。提示地贞颗粒对卵泡颗粒细胞凋亡有轻度抑制作用。

| Abstract: | day-old prepubertal female SD rats were injected with PMSG 15IU and the granunosa cells apoptosis model can be observed. By suti DNA 3' -end labeling method, the effects of Di-Zhen granule and DES on the apoptotic model were investigated. We found that treatment with Di-Zhen granule decreased the apoptotic follicles of model rats on the 3d and 5th day after PMSG injection, and treatment with DES almost suppressed the apoptosis completely. The results indicate that Di-Zhen granule can lightly suppress the follicular granunosa cells apoptosis, |
