脂质过氧化作用对培养心肌细胞维生素E含量及膜流动性的影响

摘    要:应用氢过氧化枯烯引发培养乳鼠的心肌细胞脂质过氧化损伤,观察维生素E含量及细胞膜流动性的变化。结果显示:脂质过氧化作用能引起心肌细胞维生素E含量明显下降,其中以r一生育酚的消耗更为显著,细胞膜流动性也降低。提示维生素E在对抗心肌细胞脂质过氧化损伤上起重要作用。

Abstract:he changes of vitdmin E content and cell membrane fluidity induced by cumene hydroperoxide in cultured neonatal rat heart cells was investi一gated,The results showed that cumene hydroperoxide caused an obvious decreanse of vitamin E content and cell membrane fluidity and increase of the concentration of lipid peroxide, These indicated that vitamin E might play an important role against the lipid peroxidation induced by cumene hydroperoxide.
