| 摘 要： | 按照我国新医改关于新农合属地管理的政策规定，目前实施的新农合医疗保险报销制度，未能满足农民工群体跨省异地就医的保障需求。分析了新农合异地结算难的原因，并从政策支持和信息技术角度对其解决途径进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | According to policies of area management of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System in China＇s Medical Refoma, currently implemented o New kural Cooperative Medical Care System fails to meet the safeguard demand oftrans-province medical treatment of peasant-workers. The reason for difficult clearing of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System is analyzed, and its solutions are analyzed and discussed from the perspective of policy support and information technology. |
