| 摘 要： | 目的:建立健骨滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的溶散时限、圆整度及丸重差异作为综合评定指标,研究冷却剂及其温度、基质、基质与药物的配比、滴制温度等因素对滴丸成型性的影响。结果:以二甲基硅油+液体石蜡(3∶1)作冷却剂,PEG4000-PEG6000(2∶3)为基质,药物-基质1∶2配比,滴制温度为80℃,冷却液温度15℃时,健骨滴丸成型质量最好。结论:该成型工艺稳定、可行。
