摘    要:目的 比较从受教育者中和从外部选择同伴的2种同伴教育与教师授课教育方法的效果,为学校青少年性教育的实施提供依据,方法 以初一学生为教育对象,采用二阶段分层整群抽样方法,确定传统教学组、本班同伴组和学长同伴组,各组学生人数分别为124,145和133人。在各校培训初一本班同伴和初二学长同伴,开展小组活动形式的同伴教育,2种同伴教育教学方式和流程相同,2种同伴教育方法与教师授课流程相似。结果 除在态度的教育效果上本班同伴法与学长同伴法相差不大外,在知识和全体问题的教育效果上均是本班同伴法最佳,学长同伴法次之,2者都优于传统教学法。结论 同伴教育相比传统的教师授课在教育效果上具有一定的优势;从受教育者中比从外部选择骨干效果更佳。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of peer education and compare with that of teachers' teaching, and to provide basis for adolescents' sexual health education in school. Methods Grade one students in junior middle schools were selected, a two-stage, stratified cluster sampling method was applied to collect traditional teaching group (124), in-class peer group (145) and high-grade peer group (133). In-class peers and higher-grade peers were trained in each school, the style of peer education-group activity was implemented, two kinds of peer education were the same in the education mode and process, and they were similar with teachers' teaching in the process. Results Except almost the same effects of attitudes,in knowlege and all the questions, the in-class peer group was the best, the higher-grade peer group was the next, and both were better than traditional teaching group. Conclusion Peer education is more predominant in educational effect than teachers' teaching;it can reach better impacts to choose peers from acceptors.
