摘    要:目的:建立不同产地酸枣仁药材HPLC-DAD-ELSD指纹图谱,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法:采用HPLC-DAD-ELSD方法测定了14个产地酸枣仁药材样品,采用药典委员会颁布的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A进行评价,建立了共有模式,以相关度评价图谱的相似性。结果:14个产地酸枣仁药材的色谱指纹图谱黄酮类有15个共有峰,皂苷类有11个共有峰。建立的方法对酸枣仁药材中黄酮类成分、皂苷类成分均有良好的分离,一次进样同时测定了两类不同成分的指纹图谱。结论:本方法可用于酸枣仁药材中黄酮类成分和皂苷类成分指纹图谱的测定,为控制酸枣仁药材的质量提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen grown indifferent provinces and provide new methods for scientific evaluation and effectively controlling the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Method: Fourteen Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples from different provinces were determined by using HPLC-DAD-ELSD technique.The software"similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Chinese material medical"was applied to analyze date,and established the mutual model.The similarity of chromatogram was evaluated with correlation degree. Result: There were fifteen common peaks of flavonoids and eleven common peaks of saponins in the fingerprint of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The established method is good for the separation of flavonoids and saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and simultaneous determination of the two differentcomponents in one sample injection. Conclusion: he method is workable to simultaneously determine flavonoids and saponins fingerprint from semen Ziziphi Spinosae,and provide experimental data for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
