黄杞叶总黄酮对大鼠实验性脑缺血保护作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究黄杞总黄酮对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法:取Wistar大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组、黄杞总黄酮组(500,250,125 mg.kg-1)和三七通舒胶囊(50 mg.kg-1)组,采用线栓法和结扎双侧颈总动脉法复制大鼠脑缺血模型,观察黄杞总黄酮对局灶性脑缺血大鼠神经功能症状、脑梗死面积,对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑含水量以及脑组织SOD活性、MDA和NO水平的影响。结果:黄杞总黄酮对局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经运动障碍有明显改善作用,也明显减小脑梗死面积;同时能减轻急性脑缺血再灌注损伤引起的大鼠脑水肿,提高损伤脑组织的SOD活性,降低MAO以及NO水平。结论:黄杞总黄酮对大鼠实验性脑缺血有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the protective effect of total flavone of Engelhardtia roxburghiana (TFER)on experimental cerebral ischemia of rats. Method: Sixty Wistar rats were randomized into pseudo operation group,model group,TFER groups(500,250,125 mg ·kg-1),Sanqi Tongshu Capsule group(50 mg ·kg-1).Methods of occlusion of middle cerebral artery and occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries with ligation were used to establish rat models of cerebral ischemia ,and the effect of symptom of neurological function and area of cerebral infarction were measured for focal cerebral ischemia injury model,and cerebral water content ,the SOD activity,MDA and NO level were determined for acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model. Result: TFER could improve neurological function and decrease the area of ischemia,and palliate cerebral edema,increase the SOD activity,and decrease the MDA and NO level in the brain tissue in the rats. Conclusion: TFER has a protective effect on experimental cerebral ischemia of rats.
