钩藤碱缓释滴丸的研制

摘    要:
目的:优选钩藤碱缓释滴丸的制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计优化了药液温度、辅料用量比例及冷凝液温度和滴速等工艺条件,制备钩藤碱缓释滴丸,并初步研究其成型工艺。结果:所得缓释滴丸在pH 1.2盐酸和pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液及模拟胃肠道介质中的体外释药行为相似,不受pH变化影响。

Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the molding technology of rhynchophylline sustained-release dripping pills. Method: The Rhynchophylline sustained-release dripping pills were prepared.The technical parameters such as the temperature of liquid medicine,excipients proportion,speed of dripping and the temperature condensed fluid were optimized by orthogonal design. Result: The in vitro drug release behavior of the prepared products in pH 1.2 hydrochloric acid and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution was comparable,which indicated that the drug release behavior was pH-independent.
