《黄帝内经》建构中医药理论的基本范畴——阴阳

中国古代哲学"阴阳",本指"阴阳二气",即两种寒暖不同的气;引申而指一切相互对立的两个方面,即相互对待的"两端",引申义开始于《易传》。《黄帝内经》移植阴阳范畴,不仅是对自然界对立统一规律的概括,而且还进一步揭示"阴阳"为道(规律)的基本原理,形成了中医药学的阴阳学说。阴阳学说两千多年来,一直控制着历代医家的思维定势,使中医药理论具有自觉的辩证思维方式,构筑起一个辩证逻辑性质的医学理论体系。

Inner Canon of Huangdi establishing fundamental theoretical category of TCM: yin-yang

Yin-yang in ancient Chinese philosophy originally meant two kinds of qi,yin was cold and yang was warm.Its extended meaning originated from Yizhuan was two aspects opposite to each other during the whole world.In Inner Canon of Huangdi, the category of yin-yang was more than generalization of the law of the unity of opposites in nature,the basic principles of yin-yang were further revealed,which was the major content of the yin-yang theory of TCM.Thinking pattern of physicians through the ages had been effected by the yin-yang theory for more than two thousand years,which made TCM theory has a dialectical thinking mode.Therefore,a theoretical system of medicine with the property of dialectical logic was set up.
