| 摘 要： | 目的：观察环磷酰胺冲击治疗小儿难治性肾病疗效。方法：环磷酰胺冲击治疗小儿难治性肾病２８例，每２周１次，每次８～１２ｍｇ／ｋｇ，连用２ｄ，尿蛋白阴转后改为每月１次，巩固治疗３～６月，累计总量不超过２５０～３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结果：总有效率９６％，完全缓解２４例，部分缓解３例，无效１例。６例频反复频复发病例中，４例获长期缓解，１例复发，１例失访。结论：环磷酰胺冲击治疗小儿难治性肾病疗效显著，缓解率高，副作用相对少，是目前治疗小儿难治性肾病强有力的手段和重大进展。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of CTX pulse therapy on children refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods: CTX pulse therapy on children refratory nephrotic syndrome in 28 cases,CTX pusle treatment once 2 weeks,812 mg/(kgd) for two days. Results: The entire remission rate and total effective rate of therapeutic group were 85.7% and 96% respectively with a follow-up peroid of 0.55.5 years.The Thlapsing rate was only 16.6%. Conclusion: CTX pulse therapy is effective on childron refractory nephrotic syndrome |
