| 摘 要： | 采用ＳＤ大鼠灌胃给予阿司匹林铜１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重，５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重连续９０ｄ，用多通道等离子体光谱仪（ＩＣＰＱ－１０１２）测定大鼠血清、脑、肝、肾、脾、粪便的含量，并进行主要脏器的病理组织学检查。结果显示：大鼠摄入阿司匹林铜后血清、脑、肝、肾、脾中铜含量与对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）粪便中铜含量明显高于对照组，有高度显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。病理组织学检查除给药动物肝脏Ｋｕｐｆｆｅｒ’ｓ

| Abstract: | The S.D rats were orally given Copper Asprin at the doses of 10 mg, 50 mg/kg body weight. By ICPQ-1021 technique, the copper concentration was determined in serum, brain, liver, kidney, spleen and feces. The results showed that the concentrations of copper in serum, brain, liver, kidney and spleen had no significant differences between the treated groups and the control. ( P >0 05). The copper concentration in feces was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0 01). The pathological section showed the Kupper's cells increased in rat liver in the treated groups. It was also suggested that the copper of oral Copper Aspirin did not accumulate in organs and the copper was excreted from feces. |
