| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参麦注射液联合纳洛酮治疗重度酒精中毒的临床疗效.方法 将64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组32例用纳洛酮及常规治疗,治疗组32例加用参麦注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果 本组患者治疗后治疗组清醒时间、症状消失时间均明显早于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组心律失常发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组心律失常持续时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 参麦注射液治疗重度酒精中毒有较好的疗效. |
