| 摘 要： | 目的：研究类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）中抗类风湿性关节炎５４ｋＤ和３６ｋＤ自身抗体（抗ＲＡ５４和抗ＲＡ３６）的情况。方法：应用免疫印迹技术（ＩＢＴ），在过筛和检测盐水可提取核抗原（ＥＮＡ）的自身抗体谱过程中，发现不仅可检测到抗ＲＡ５４，还可检测到抗ＲＡ３６自身抗体，并对１６９例各种不同风湿性疾病患者测定ＥＮＡ。结果：抗ＲＡ５４和抗ＲＡ３６自身抗体均仅见于类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）组（ｎ＝８０），阳性率分别为１５．００％和６．２５％。结论：抗ＲＡ５４和抗ＲＡ３６对ＲＡ的诊断有高度特异性，Ｐ＜０．００５和Ｐ＜０．０１。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study anti RA54 and anti RA36 autoantibodies in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:In the process of screening and detecting profiles of autoantibodies against lineage of extraetable nuclear antigen(ENA).Observed that not only anti RA54 but also anti RA36 autoantibodies could be detected by immunoblotting(IBT).The samples from 169 patients of variant rheumatism were detected by IBT.Results:Both anti RA54 and anti RA36 autoantibodies were found only in RA patients. The positive rate for anti RA54 and anti RA36 in RA group ( n =80) were 15.00% and 6.25% respectively.Conclusion:The two autoantibodies appear to be highly specific for RA ( P <0.005 and P <0.01). |
