人蛛网膜绒毛的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:
用扫描电镜研究了正常人的蛛网膜绒毛的三维结构。观察到人的蛛网膜绒毛的上皮间存在着较宽的裂隙较小的孔洞。在上皮的表面可见微绒毛和球样突起。根据形态可把微绒毛分为两类:棒样微绒毛和末端有泡的微绒毛,策绒毛的分布不是均匀一致的,偶尔可见微绒毛聚信成花样结构。

Abstract:
The three-dimension structure of human arachnoid villi obtained from normal individuals was studied. The results showed that there were relatively wide spaces and small for amina between adjacent epithelial cells, and that microvilli and bulbous protrusions were seen on the surface of epithelial cells. According to their morphology, microvilli could be classified into two types : fin-ger-like microvilli and microvilli with the bleb-like protrusion. The flower-like, clustered mi-crovilli were observed occasionally. Some bulbous protrusions were smooth and intact and others were ruptured. The results indicate that two different mechanisms are available for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid in human.
