巨刺法治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效观察

目的观察巨刺法治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效。方法选择周围性面瘫急性期患者78例,随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（38例）。观察组采用巨刺法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后HouseBrachmann分级（HB分级）量表、面部残疾指数（FDI）的变化。结果治疗后两组均可降低HB分级、提高躯体功能评分（FDIP）、降低社会功能评分（FDIS）（均P〈0.01）,且改善程度观察组优于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组愈显率为87.5%高于对照组的65.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论巨刺法治疗周围性面瘫急性期疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Observation Therapeutic Effect of Opposing Needling on Acute Peripheral Prosopoplegia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of peripheral prosopoplegia in acute stage treated with opposing needling. Methods Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 38 cases. The control group was treated with acupuncture in a routine way, while the treatment group was treated with opposing needling. The therapeutic effect and the change of House-Brachmann grading and facial disable index （FDIP/FDIS） were observed. Results House-Brachmann grading and FDIS score of both groups decrease while FDIP score increase （P〈0.01）. The degree of improvement in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. The recovery rate and the effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50%, which was higher than that in the control group 65.79%. The effect between the two groups was significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cross-meridian acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on peripheral prosopoplegia in acute stage and deserves to generalization in clinic.
