电针结合康复训练治疗肩手综合征

目的观察电针结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效。方法将120例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者随机分为电针结合康复训练组及康复组各60例,治疗8周后,对比分析其临床疗效。结果治疗组(治愈5例,显效30例,好转24例)疗效优于对照组(痊愈1例,显效19例,好转27例),2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合症疗效显著,适宜临床推广应用。

Effect of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on hand-shoulder syndrome

Objective To observe the curative effect of electro acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on post- stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods 120 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided in- to electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group and rehabilitation group averagely. We did the comparative analysis of its clinical curative effect after eight weeks of treatment. Results Electric acupuncture combined with rehabilita- tion training group （5 eases were cured,30 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were improved） is superior to the reha- bilitation group （1 ease was cured, 19 eases were markedly effective, 27 cases were improved）. The effective rates of the two groups have extremely significant difference（ P 〈 0. 005）. Conclusion The method of electro acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect on post-stroke shoulder-h~.d syndrome. It＇s suitable for clinical application.
