糖尿病高尿酸血症中西医治疗研究进展

糖尿病常伴有高尿酸血症。高糖代谢可导致尿酸增多主要与肾小球尿酸滤过率有关;同时血尿酸升高严重影响血糖代谢,其相关机制包括氧化应激、炎症反应、下调脂联素等方面,治疗包括常规降糖降尿酸治疗。中医角度讲"消渴"日久,或久食肥甘厚味,至痰、湿、瘀、热互结于血脉,导致糖尿病高尿酸血症发生。临床表现从无至有,为渐进过程。在无明显临床表现时,治疗应以扶正祛邪等为基础;病程日久脾肾损伤,发为"痹证",治疗当以通络为基础。

Research progress of the treatment of hyperuricemia syndrome of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine

At the same time, the elevated serum uric acid seriously affects glucose metabolism. Its rele- vant mechanisms include oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction and lower adiponectin. Treatments included conventional therapy of hypoglycemic and urate lowering. From TCM perspective, hyperuricemia syndrome of diabetes was caused by fatty food to form phlegm, dampness, blood stasis and heat in blood. Its clinical manifestation is a gradual process. If there is no obvious clinical symptom, basic treatment is to strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors. If there is Bi syndrome caused by long duration of spleen and kidney damage, the treatment is to dredge the meridian.
