| Abstract: | The nature of Chinese traditional values is moral-oriented. Good medical ethics and practices is the basis of hospital management and the premise of harmonious doctor-patient relationship, which could guarantee hospital＇s sustainable development and win support and understandings from the society. If each medical professional could attach importance to morality and excel his expertise, hospital management would be well conducted. |
