临床科室质量管理量化考核的实践与思考

开展临床科室医疗质量管理量化考核是医院基础管理的重要组成部分，不仅是对医院临床科室医疗质量管理的一次大检验，也是充分调动医务人员积极性的重要保障。近3年来，我院不断修订和完善临床科室量化考核管理方案，重点对考核指标及所占权重进行分类和调整，目前已逐步建立起一套科学合理的量化考核方案体系。

Practice and Consideration of Quantitative Assessment on Quality Management in Clinical Departments

Quantitative assessment on quality management in clinical departments is an important part of hospital management, which is not only a thorough examination of medical quality management among hospital clinical departments, but also an important guarantee of motivating medical staffs＂ initiatives. In recent 3 years, our hospital revised and improved quantitative assessment plan for clinical departments several times, focusing on the classification and adjustment of assessment indicators and their weight. Till now, a scientific and reasonable quantitative assessment system has been gradually established.
