间接免疫荧光技术应用于狂犬病抗体IgG检测研究

摘    要:
目的:研究间接免疫荧光技术在狂犬病抗体中的应用。方法:由本中心研制狂犬抗原片和荧光血清,比较间接免疫荧光技术与酶标方法的效果。结果:间接免疫荧光技术检测狂犬病抗体特异性、稳定性良好、变异系数CV=4.9%。间接免疫荧光技术与ELISA同时检测,间接免疫荧光法阳性率为82.89%,ELISA法阳性率为40.48%。结论:间接免疫荧光法测定狂犬病抗体特异性、稳定性好。狂犬疫苗免疫后应用该技术检测抗体,确保免疫效果。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the application of indirect immunofluorescent antibody technique to detect rabies antibody IgG (refers to " IFAT" as follows) . [Methods] The effect of IFAT and enzyme labeling method was compared using rabies antigenic pieces and fluorescent serum made in our center. [Results] IFAT was found with good stability with a coefficient of variation CV of 4.9% . When both IFAT and ELBA were adopted, the positive rate of IFAT was 82.89% , and ELBA 40.78% . [Conclusion] Using IFAT to detect the specificity of rabies antibody achieved good stability. The effect of immunization can be assured by using this technique to detect antibody after accepting rabies vaccine.
