| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腮腺腺淋巴瘤的CT表现特点。方法：回顾性分析经手术及组织病理学证实的28例腮腺腺淋巴瘤患者的CT影像学特征,影像学分析包括病灶数目、部位、大小、形态、密度。男26例,女2例,平均年龄58岁。结果：病灶位于腮腺后下象限者18例;多发者10例;24例边界清楚;23例密度均匀,增强后强化CT值平均上升31～40 HU,5例密度不均,内见裂隙样或小囊状低密度灶。结论：腮腺腺淋巴瘤具有良性肿瘤的特点,好发于中老男性,病灶可多发,增强后血供较丰富。 |
