| 摘 要： | 目的：观察奇正消痛贴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（OA）的临床效果。方法：将确诊为膝关节骨性关节炎的180例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组90例，治疗组于患处贴用奇正消痛贴，1次／d，5d为1个疗程，持续15d。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠片，1片／d，饭前服用，5d为1个疗程，持续15d。观察两组的疗效。结果：全部病例至少随访1个月，治疗组总有效率为91．9％（125／136），疗效明显优于对照组的78．0％（96／123），两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：奇正消痛贴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解疼痛等症状，改善关节功能。
