| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甘草锌颗粒联合罗红霉素治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机对照的临床实验。治疗组连续口服甘草锌颗粒、罗红霉素6～8周;对照组口服维生素B6片、螺内酯片、克林霉素分散片、栀子金花丸6～8周。每双周随访,记录皮损变化并观察不良反应,第8周判定疗效。结果:治疗组治愈67例,显效30例,有效率为90.65%;对照组治愈52例,显效24例,有效率为89.41%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2值为0.244,P>0.05)。结论:罗红霉素联合甘草锌治疗寻常痤疮有较好的治疗效果,且安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。 |
