眼底血管荧光造影荧光素钠不良反应的临床观察

目的:观察荧光素钠在眼底造影过程中出现的不良反应。方法:对本院自2005年1月～2011年12月共1756例行眼底血管荧光造影检查的患者不良反应发生情况进行记录及分析。结果:在1756例患者中,快速推注荧光素钠后出现不良反应者139人,占7.91%。除2例为重度不良反应外,均为轻、中度不良反应,并无死亡病例。不良反应中以恶心、呕吐最多,占85.61%,其次为皮肤荨麻疹,占7.19%,咳嗽、打喷嚏占3.59%。结论:荧光素钠不良反应少,应用于眼底血管造影安全可靠。

Clinical Observations of the Adverse Reaction in Fluorescein Fundus Angiography

Objective： To observe the adverse reaction of sodium fluorescein applied to fundus fluorescein angiography.Methods： Adverse reaction of sodium fluorescein of 1756 patients who underwent fundus fluorescein angiography was recorded and analyzed.Results： Mild to moderate adverse reactions were observed in 139 patients and no deaths occurred.The major adverse reaction were nausea and vomiting（85.61%）,urticaria（7.19%） and cough and sneezing（3.59%）.Conclusion： Sodium fluorescein applied to fundus fluorescein angiography shows the characteristic of relative safety.
