1304例健康体检人群血尿酸检测及结果分析

目的：为了解本地区健康体检人群血尿酸水平及与性别年龄的关系.方法：选自2010年1-5月在我院体检科进行健康体检人群1304例,采用尿酸测定试剂盒（LIRO-PAP法）.结果：1304例健康体检人群空腹血尿酸平均值为（352.5±101.3）umol/L,其中男性为（399.3±86.43）umol/L,女性为（273±71.23）umol/L,男性高于女性.男性血尿酸水平随年龄增长而降低,两者呈负相关 女性随年龄增长而增高,两者呈正相关 高尿酸血症患病率为30.14%,其中男性为39.24%,女性为14.81%.结论：本地区成人血清尿酸水平和高尿酸血症患病率均较高.而男性随年龄增长而降低,女性随年龄增长而增高.

Examination and AnaLysis of Blood uric Acid Level in 1304 In habitants

Objective： In order to understand the relations between blood serum uric acid level of this area crowd healthy check - up and theirage andgender. Methods Choosehealtheheck- up1304 crowd iiom 1 - 5months of 2010 in hospital medical deparment, were adoptedURO kits （acid） - PAP.Results 1304 healthy check- up fasting blood serumuric acid average crowd for （352.5 ± 101.3） umol/L, male（399.3 ± 86.43）umolfL for women（273 ±71.23）urnolfL,in men than women.Male blood serum uric acid level decreased with age,and both negatively;Women increased with age,both were positively correlated; High uric acid 30.14% rate for hyponatremic patients, One 39.24% for men and 14.81% for wom- en. Conclusion The area of serum uric acid level and adult blood disease rate high uric acid hyonatremic patients were higher. While men decreased with age, and the women increased with age.
