| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨提高婴儿股静脉采血一次成功率的方法。方法:对200例婴儿随机分成2组,采用2种不同的方法进行采血,试验组采用斜角穿刺法采血,对照组采用传统的垂直穿刺法采血。结果:斜角穿刺法一次采血成功率显著高于垂直穿刺法(χ2=4.0,P<0.05)。斜角穿刺法的平均采血时间较垂直穿刺法短。(t=6.95,P<0.01)。结论:斜角穿刺法婴儿股静脉采血时,一次成功率明显高于传统的垂直穿刺法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a method for improving the success rate of blood specimen collection of femoral vein.Methods Two hundred infants were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group collected blood samples by Oblique angle puncturing and Control group by perpendicular puncturing.Results The success rate of Oblique angle puncturing was higher than perpendicular puncturing（χ2= 4.0,P〈0.05）.The time of blood specimen collection was shorter by Oblique angle puncturing（t=6.95,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Oblique angle puncturing was better than perpendicular puncturing. |
