中年高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与认知功能障碍的关系

目的 探讨中年高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与认知功能障碍的关系.方法 选择中年高血压患者96例,根据简短精神状态检查评分结果将患者分为认知功能障碍组40例和认知功能正常组56例,测定所有患者的血压,并检测其血脂、FBG及空腹胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI),分析中年高血压患者认知功能障碍的危险因素.结果 两组间文化程度、胰岛素抵抗指数 、DBP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Logistic多因素分析结果显示,文化程度及IRI是中年高血压患者发生认知功能障碍的危险因素(P<0.05).结论 胰岛素抵抗是中年高血压患者认知功能障碍的独立危险因素之一,临床中需对此加以重视.

Relationship of insulin resistance with cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship of insulin resistance with cognitive impairment in middle-aged patients with hypertension.Methods Ninety-six middle-aged patients with hypertension were divided into cognitive dysfunction group(n=40) and normal cognitive function group(n=56) according to the score of Mini-Mental State Examination.Blood pressure was measured,and the levels of blood lipid,FBG and fasting insulin were detected in all patients.Insulin resistance index(IRI) was calculated.The risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged patients with hypertension were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the education background,IRI and DBP between the two groups(P<0.05).The result of logistic multivariate analysis showed that education background and IRI were the risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged patients with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin resistance is one of the risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged patients with hypertension,which merits special attention in clinical.
