早期言语康复训练对脑性瘫痪患儿智力发育及言语功能的影响

目的 探讨早期言语康复训练对脑性瘫痪患儿智力发育及言语功能的影响.方法 将128例脑性瘫痪合并语言障碍患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组64例.对照组患者单纯给予针灸治疗,观察组患者在针灸治疗的基础上,给予早期言语康复训练,对比治疗前后两组患儿认知及言语功能评分、适应智龄、语言智龄及相应发育商(DQ).结果 治疗后两组患儿认知功能和言语功能评分、适应智龄和语言智龄均较前提高,观察组的评分及智龄均高于对照组(均P<0.05).治疗后观察组的适应DQ值、语言DQ值明显高于治疗前,且高于对照组(均P<0.05);但治疗后对照组的语言DQ值低于治疗前(P<0.05).结论 采用针灸结合早期言语康复训练治疗脑性瘫痪,能明显提高患儿智力水平、改善其言语功能,疗效优于单纯针灸治疗.

Effect of early speech rehabilitation training on intelligence development and verbal function in children with cerebral palsy

Objective To investigate the effect of early speech rehabilitation training on the intelligence development and verbal function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 128 children with cerebral palsy complicated with language disorder were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with simple acupuncture alone.Early speech rehabilitation training was conducted in the observation group on the basis of acupuncture.The cognitive and verbal function scores,ages of adaptive intelligence and language intelligence,and the corresponding developmental quotients(DQs) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of cognitive function and speech function,ages of adaptive intelligence and language intelligence increased in both groups,and the scores and the ages in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the adaptive DQ and language DQ of the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).But the language DQ after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with early speech rehabilitation training can obviously improve intelligence level and verbal function in children with cerebral palsy,and its efficacy is superior to that of simple acupuncture.
