调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效观察

目的观察调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法120例高脂血症患者随机分成2组,治疗组60例予调脂胶囊,每次6粒,每日2次,早晚餐前60 min口服;对照组60例予洛伐他汀,每次20 mg,每日1次,睡前口服。比较2组疗效,并分别检测治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及肝肾功能水平。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后TC、TG水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.01),但2组治疗后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效确切,与洛伐他汀相当。

Investigation of Tiaozhi capsule on the treatment of hyperlipemia

Objective To investigate Tiaozhi capsule on the treatment of hyperlipemia.Methods 120 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group(n=60) were treated by Tiaozhi capsule,6 pills,twice a day.Patient in control group(n=60) were treated by lovastatin,20 mg,one time a day.The course was two months in two groups.The effect in both groups was compared.TC,TG and liver and renal function before and after treatment were measured in both groups.Results The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).TC and TG after treatment were lower than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference on TC and TG between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiaozhi capsule has definite effect on the treatment of hyperlipemia.Its effect was same as lovastatin.
