摘    要:
目的优选葛连口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法以君药葛根中葛根素和臣药黄连中盐酸小檗碱含量为考察指标,用正交试验法优选水提工艺的加水量、提取时间和精制方法。结果确定的最佳水提条件为用9倍量水煎煮2次,每次1h,药液加3%的硅藻土作为沉淀剂。结论正交试验优选出的葛连口服液提取工艺简便、合理,适合于工业生产。

Abstract:
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Gelian Oral Liquid.Methods Based on the content of puerarin in Pueraria lobata and the content of berberine hydrochloride in Rhizoma Coptidis,the amount of water,extracting time and refining method were optimized by the orthogonal test.Results The optimum condition of Gelian Oral Liquid for water extraction were 9 times amount of water,decocting twice for 1 h each time,with 3%diatomaceous earth as preciptant.Conclusion The extraction technology optimized by the orthogonal test is simple and reasonable.The optimum condition is available for industrial production.
