| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫动脉灌注化疗及栓塞术治疗子宫疤痕部位妊娠的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2006年6月至2009年8月收治的17例剖宫产术后子宫疤痕部位妊娠患者的诊疗经过。结果 17例患者均采取子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）＋MTX灌注化疗,均能有效控制出血,全部保留子宫。结论子宫动脉栓塞术能有效防止和控制出血,是子宫疤痕部位妊娠的可靠治疗方法。早期诊断,早期行介入治疗,能明显减少出血量,大大降低该病对患者的身心损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Uterine artery embolization（UAE）and MTX chemotherapy in caesarean scar pregnancy.Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the characteristics and treatment of 17 cases in our hospital from June of 2006 to August of 2009.Results The bleeding of all 17 cases became controllable after the treatment with UAE and MTX chemotherapy,and the uteri were all conserved.Conclusion The uterine artery embolization can prevent and control bleeding effectively,so it is a valuable treatment to cesarean scar pregnancy. |
