交通性颅脑损伤的流行病学特点分析

摘    要:目的探讨交通性颅脑外伤的流行病学特征,为该病的防治提供依据。方法对上海市宝山区中西医结合医院与上海市第三人民医院神经外科2009~2014年所收治5295例交通性颅脑外伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计受伤患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、致伤因素、转归等。结果交通事故仍是目前我区颅脑损伤的主要致伤因素;受伤人群中以骑乘电瓶车者所占比例最多;随着执法力度的加大,交通事故所致颅脑损伤的比例有所降低。结论交通事故仍是目前我地区颅脑损伤的主要致伤因素。加强交通工具管理及提升人群安全意识对减少交通事故发生、降低致死致残率有重要意义。

Epidemiological analysis on traffic craniocerebral trauma
Abstract:Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of traffic craniocerebral trauma , its prevention and treatment .Methods The clinical data of 5295 patients with traffic craniocerebral trauma treated in neurosurgical department of our hospital and Shanghai Third People ' s Hospital from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively .The statistics of injured gender and age , culture degree , injury factors and prognosis were collected . Results The traffic accident was still the major injury factor in our urban area , people riding the electromobile were the largest injured proportion ,with the increase of the law enforcement , the proportion of craniocerebral injury caused by traffic accidents decreased .Conclusion The main factors of injury in traffic accident is still the main factor of craniocerebral injury in our urban area .Strengthening transportation management and enhancing the safety awareness of population could reduce traffic accidents and the mortality rate of disability .
