| 摘 要： | 目的建立蛇花颗粒制剂的质量标准。方法应用薄层色谱法对蛇花颗粒中的各味中药进行鉴别研究。结果建立了该药中金银花、连翘、苦参、甘草、丹参、赤芍的鉴别方法。结论该法简单、准确、重复性好,可作为蛇花颗粒的定性方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a qualitative standard of Shehua granules.Methods Traditional Chinese herbs,of which Shehua granules were made up,were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Results Identification of Floslonicerae,Fructus forsythiae,Radix sophorae flavescentis,Radix glycyrrhizae,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,and Radix paeoniae rubra were established by TLC.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and repeatable,and it can be used as a qualitative standard for Shehua granules. |
