心脏术后多器官功能衰竭的护理

目的 :总结心脏外科术后多器官功能衰竭 (MODS)的护理经验。方法 :回顾分析 16例MODS患者的临床资料。结果 :本组病例死亡 4例 ,死亡率占同期心脏病例的 0 4 6 % ,MODS的 2 5 % ;其中 12例 2个系统器官衰竭者死亡 1例 ;3例 3个系统器官衰竭者 ,死亡 2例 ;1例 4个系统器官衰竭者死亡。结论 :加强各系统的监护 ,加强胃肠道护理与基础护理 ,预防褥疮和感染是护理的关键措施

The management of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome following cardiac surgery

Objective:To summarize the experience of nurses for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)following cardiac surgery.Method:Clinical data of 16 cases of MODS were reviewed relrospectively.Result:12 cases had two organ failure and one died;3 cases had organ failure and two died;1 cases had four organ failure died.The mortality ratio was 25% in those with MODS.Conclusion:It is the key to give some monitoring for every system,enforce gastro intestinal nursing care and basic care and to prevent decubitus ulcers and infection.
