| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周病变程度与妊娠的关系。方法:孕妇41例,同期未怀孕的健康女性40例(对照组)为对象。孕妇组孕3~5个月,对照组年龄与孕妇组匹配,检查记录PLI、SBI。结果:孕妇组的PLI、SBI均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:妊娠是牙周疾病加剧的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),grades of periodontal lesions and pregnancy.Methods:41 pregnant women of 3~5 gestational months and 40 healthy non-pregnant women in the same age stage were selected,PLI and SBI were detected.Results:PLI and SBI in pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy is an effect factor of aggravation of periodontal lesions. |
