| 摘 要： | 目的：对蒙药材铁杆蒿中绿原酸进行含量测定。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，Alltima—C18柱，流动相为乙腈-0．05％磷酸（7：93），检测波长：327nm。结果：绿原酸线性范围20．27—1013．5ng，r=0．9999，平均回收率99．98％，RSD=1．99％。结论：本测定方法简便、准确，为铁杆蒿质量评价提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a method with the determination of cholrogenic acid in herb by RP- HPLC.Methods： The chromatographic condition included Alltima-C18 column and the mobile phase consisting of a acetonitrile- 0.05% phosphoric acid（7：93）. The detection wavelength was at 327nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear over the range of 20.27 - 1013.5ng with the correlation coefficient 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.98 %. The method precision（RSD）was 1.99%. Conclusion： The assay of chlorogenic acid was found to be simple and accurate. |
