| 摘 要： | 目的观察夏花蜂贝汤联用化疗治疗颈淋巴结转移癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将70例病人随机分为两组,对照组予单纯化疗,综合组予夏花蜂贝汤联用化疗治疗,比较两组近期疗效、肿瘤进展时间(TTP)、化疗通过率、毒副反应、生活质量(QOL)。结果综合组客观有效率(RR)与对照组相仿,肿瘤进展时间(TTP)、化疗通过率、G3/4血液学毒性、周围神经毒性、生活质量(QOL)等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P值均小于0.05)。结论自拟夏花蜂贝汤与化疗药物联用可以改善和稳定颈淋巴结转移癌患者的生活质量,一定程度上降低化疗的毒副反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Xiahuafengbei Decoction"combined with chemotherapy on neck lymph node metastase.Methods 70 cases were divided into 2 groups at random :control group were treated simply by chemotherapy and treatment group were treated with chemotherapy plus "Xiahuafengbei Decoction".The objective response rate(RR),time to progression(TTP),chemotherapeutic effects,toxicities,quality of life(QOL) were observed.Results The objective response rate was similar(P>0.05).Treatment group was superior to control group in the time to progression(TTP),chemotherapeutic effects,G3/4 hematologic toxicity,neurologic toxicity,quality of life(QOL) with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion "Xiahuafengbei Decoction" can improve the QOL and relive adverse reaction in patients with neck lymph node metastase. |
