儿科医疗纠纷法医学鉴定回顾性研究

目的从法医学角度探讨儿科医疗纠纷案件特点及成因。方法对四川华西法医学鉴定中心2002年1月-2011年12月受理的184例儿童死亡并进行尸检的儿科医疗纠纷案件的法医学鉴定资料进行回顾性研究。结果儿科医疗纠纷呈逐年升高趋势,年龄以新生儿为主,死因以呼吸系统疾病为主;临床-尸检符合率低（55．23％）,医疗过错率高（60．47％）,且两者呈负相关。结论儿科医疗纠纷临床．尸检符合率比所有年龄段人群低,医疗过错率比所有年龄段人群高,且呈现出临床-尸检诊断符合率越低,医疗过错率越高的特征。

A Retrospective Analysis on the Forensic Appraisal of Medical Dispute in the Department of Pediatrics

Objective To investigate the characteristics and the causes of medical dispute of child death from the angle of forensic appraisal. Methods A total of 184 cases of child deaths in the department of pediatrics were dealt with by West China Forensic Science Identification Center of Sichuan University between January 2002 and December 2011. We retrospectively analyzed the forensic appraisal of these cases. Results This kind of medical disputes had an increasing tendency, and most of them were focused on newborns. The major cause of death was pneumonia. The clinical and pathological diagnosis conformity was lower than any other age groups, and it had a negative correlation with the rate of medical faults. Conclusion The clinical-pathological diagnosis conformity of medical disputes in department of pediatrics is lower than any other age groups, and the rate of medical faults is higher, yet there is a negative correlation between clinical-pathological diagnosis conformity and medical faults.
