微电泳给予单胺类递质对家兔膈运动神经元活动的影响

摘    要:
12只麻醉、肌肉麻痹及切断双侧颈迷走神经的家兔,用五管微电极记录膈运动神经元单位活动,并观察微电泳给予单胺类递质对单位活动的影响。微电泳给予5-羟色胺(5-HT)可引起膈运动神经元单位兴奋,微电泳给予赛庚啶(C)能阻断这一兴奋效应。微电泳给予去甲肾上腺素(NA)可引起膈运动神经元单位兴奋,微电泳给予酚妥拉明(P)也能阻断NA的兴奋效应。提示5-HT和NA递质可能在脊髓水平呼吸驱动信息的整合中起作用。

Abstract:
In 12 anesthetized, paralyzed and vagotomized rabbits,, multibarrelled mieropi-pettes were used for recording, and the effects of iontophoresis of monoamines on phrenic motonenron units, examined. Of 16 phrenic motoneuron units, 13 were excited by microiontophoresis of serotonin. Serotonin-induced excitation was antagonized by cyproheptadine. Twenty-four out of 27 phrenic motoneuron units were excited by mioroiontophoresis of noradrenaline. Noradrenaline-induced excitation was antagonized by phentolamine. These results suggest that serotonergio and noradrenergic transmitters might take roles in the integration of respiratory drive signals at the level of the phrenic nucleus.
