1148例女教职工妇女病普查结果分析

目的:为今后妇女常见病防治工作重点提供依据,提高妇女健康水平。方法:对1148例女教职工进行妇科内诊检查,宫颈脱落细胞涂片(巴氏法)检查及乳腺检查,对发现的疾病及时治疗并追踪治疗效果。结果:患病率47.39%(患两种以上疾病的只计算1次),前5位疾病依次为乳腺疾病、宫颈疾病、子宫肌瘤、阴道炎、附件炎。结论:妇女病普查必须与普治相结合,才能使妇女病防治工作取得好的效果;加强高危人群管理,降低发病率,提高妇女的健康水平。

The result analysis of the female disease general survey in 1148 female teaching and administrative staff

Objective:To completes the women's health work,to analysis and research the result of female disease general survey,and to provide reliable evidence for the key controlling of later frequent female disease.Methods:Gynecological examinations,cervix exfoliative cells smear examination(Papanicolaou smear) and mammary gland examination were performed on 1148 female teaching and administrative staff.The discovered diseases were treated promptly and the treatment results were traced.Results:The prevalence rate is 43.79%(those who contract two kinds or more diseases will be counted only once).The top 5 common diseases are as follow(in order): Mammary gland disease,cervical disease,uterine myoma, vaginitis,and adnexitis.Conclusion:The general survey of female disease should be with general remedy,so can the preventing and controlling of female disease obtain the good effect.Strengthen the management of the high-risk group,reduce the disease incidence rate,maintain and improve women's health standard.
